It engages the viewer and it creates an inner sense of order, a balance in the visual experience. In visual experiences, harmony is something that is pleasing to the eye. Harmony can be defined as a pleasing arrangement of parts, whether it be music, poetry, color, or even an ice cream sundae. There are also definitions (or categories) of colours based on the colour wheel: primary colour, secondary colour and tertiary colour. In the visual arts, colour theory is a body of practical guidance to colour mixing and the visual effects of a specific colour combination. There are a lot of different colour theories, here I will be researching how colour effects peoples emotions within moving image to show how I could use colour to help with my moving image.
